VH-OJK back up and flying

VH-OJK departed Avalon today at approx 13:30 flying to Sydney as QF6196.

-OJK was involved in an onground collision at Avalon late last year and has since had parts used from VH-EBU to fix the damage on OJK.

The 747-300s live on.

Doing a domestic run from SYD-MEL as QFA453 5:30pm

Interesting, thanks for this info.

If I had to fly between Melbourne and Sydney at Qantas prices, I would certainly perfer a 747 over a 737-800

Too true there. Last time I flew Qantas it was for work so they paid.

There are more parts of the 300's flying. The 300's and 400's are pretty much the same apart from the cockpit and some other changes. Most parts off the 300 would fit on the 400. Correct me if I am wrong.
