I'm on the wrong side of 50 and am finally putting an end to thinking and talking about learning to fly and am going to go and do it and to hell with cost and time.

 

For a passion I have had since I was a boy I have been very patient and I can't wait.

 

I am looking forward to using this site to connect with people and learn.

I did exactly the same. Hit 50 and thought stuff it - I am going to learn to fly now.

Well Barry.... you will spend the rest of your life wondering why you never did it before... apart from the usual reasons of course... just like i waited until nearly 60 to fly a powered parachute....!
