    Ian hi, Warwick here just looking for some local advice getting from yass to cooma raa aircraft, specifically are there any tricks with the western vfr transit lane or is it straight forward.

      Hi Warwick,

      I've normally flown through controlled airspace rather than using the corridor. From memory the main issue is the Radio Telescope.

      Hi Sorry for the delayed approach, very busy day yesterday.

      From the VTC (with a couple of extras thrown in) (Get QNH prior, so you can make the radio call with information XXX to CBR APP)

      call to CB APP approach 125.9 at CORR or THW (Cotter or Tharwa)

      Track to right if oncoming aircraft identified

      Track clear of CBR CTR and CDSCC (Canberra Deep Space Communications Complex) RA

      Landing and Taxi lights on

      Route not available above  3500
