    Yeah! Basically all remains the same, except the hemispherical cruising levels become 'mandatory' at 3000ft AMSL. There's still reasons to break from this, such as safety due to weather or traffic etc, or if you are within 1500ft of the ground (i think its 1500) Its all in the new CASR part 91
