      Hi Vev, sorry I only just saw this. Unfortunately I can't help you, legally I can't give any sort of legal advice while I'm still a trainee. However, if you google the Law Institute Victoria (I think you're in Vic aren't you?) and call their referral line, you can get 30 mins of free legal advice with a lawyer.
