  5. G'day Seb, I've been very slack as far as the aero club is concerned. I was a member when learning to fly with Bill,but have had my hands full for awhile.Meetings are one Sunday a month aren't they?. Regards Clayt.
  6. G'day Doug, I do most of my flying locally in the Roma,Injune area sw Qld. My strip and hanger are on one of our cattle properties and I fly the fence lines,bores.ect. I'ts great to see all the light wings on this site and hope to meet you all in person one day. Regards Clayt.

  11. How do R22 OR ANY CHOPPER get away with landing beside a 44 or200L and not shut down or earth or any thing.This is in the middle of the paddock-have seen it 100s of times.Alluse mcnaught rotarys asdo i. CLAYT.

I have not flown the GA912 but I have a GR912S used on our cattle property.Tough little plane onrough strips-have had tailwheel problems but on awhole agood aircraft.A few things could be improved eg brakes ect but u get what upay for.As for 6'1 you should have leg room as i'm 6' and have to slide the seat forward.   15. G,day all, Ihave just come home for smoko and have read your suggestions,Brasso keeps coming up as trumps. Ian has got me thinking about the ph factor-does it worry fibreglass as it is around the w/screen,helei/windows,doors ect. CLAYT
  16. Thankyou Mazda and Yen,Ihave been using MR SHEEN which is good but is not taking the fine scratches out.Some people have mentioned BRASSO but it sounds abit harsh.If nothing else comes up I will try perlex but I would like to get rid of the scratches.Regards Clayton Vincent.

    VG's on a LightWing

    I have vg's on I have vg's on my GR912S.Main improvement is in hold off,it doesn't seem to dump me on the deck like it did before we fitted them.
