RAA Safety-Training-Compliance Coordinator appointed

Yes , very true , "Aircraft Rego" , No rego , no planes flying , no organization ! ... but being optimistic , and comparing the "flying Club" segment to the "Flying School" segment . Through out this country , as a generalization , question (1) : are the schools and clubs endeavoring to incorporate together or divide apart ? (2) : What are the agenda's to remain viable of the "clubs" vs the "schools" ? -

G'day Folks A question if I may , Could someone advise me of the main segmented arena's available to RAA membership . To elaborate very broadly , I would have thought that the various RAA members would range from Hobbyist's/Pilots , Amature Aircraft Builders , Flying Schools , Executive/"Admin"/Board etc , Mechanical/Maintenance , Flying Clubs. Am I anywhere near the ball park ? Thanks All seqfta -
Sue Would you be able to give me the heads up on how I can join the instructors forum ? Thanks Sue Regards Wayne

Thanks Sue I am affraid that I have no knowledge of closures of Wondai Airstrip. I can report that around 6 months ago there were stakes added to what I believe marked out parcels of land that I believe that the South Burnett council placed to signify to those interested to construct aviation related hangers and infrastructure at the airfield. I have witnessed the construction of what I believe to be a 4 aircraft Hanger erected on some of these parcels of land situated on near the south eastern corridor of the airstrip. Thanks All

Hi all SEQFTA is a flying school based at Wondai QLD that has been operational since 2008 . We use a J160 aircraft for flying training/Flight reviews etc that I purchased new from Bundaberg in November 2010. Previous to the purchase of our own aircraft we cross hired a J120 and J160 for flying training purposes. The flying training complex is based at Wondai Airport and consists of a hanger/class room combined. We lease two land parcels side by side at Wondai Airport the main block consists of a hanger , classroom , aircraft yard space and lawns , the second provides an open ended "stand alone" hanger for one aircraft. Thanks All Regards Wayne SEQFTA
