...... Leaving aside public service slings and arrows there is probably a bit too much defence force and flyboy mentality on the board and executive management. Maybe we need more engineers on the board. As a model for a not for profit governance- maybe the AMA - they fiercely defend their members (who fit the envelope) and terrorise the gummint and nurses.
