HI

EXPERIENCED LIMITED POWER ON TAKEOFF (4550 RPM MAX) SO ABORTED AND REDID A GROUND RUN.CHECK.FULL RPM THEN TOOK OFF AND FLEW FOR 2 HOURS WITH NO PROBLEM.ALL GAUGES AND LANES/TEMPS ALL GOOD.ON RETURN CHECKED FUEL(CLEAN/NEW FUEL FILTER CLEAN).PUT IT DOWN TO A SMALL GLITCH THAT SORTED ITSELF OUT.NEXT FLIGHT SAME THING AGAIN 4550 RPM ON TAKEOFF AGAIN ABORTED (6 DAYS LATER)THIS TIME DID GROUND CHECK AGAIN AND REVS UP BUT DID NOT FLY AS I AM NOT SURE THIS COULD HAPPEN IN FLIGHT.ALL READINGS AND GAUGES NORMAL.

 

THEN RECEIVED NOTICE FROM ROTAX ABOUT REGULATOR CHANGES AND AFTER READING THE FORUM ON VOLTAGE DROP THOUGHT THIS COULD BE THE PROBLEM BUT HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GO BACK TO THE PLANE TO CHECK THIS YET.(ENGINE HOURS APPROX 70 HOURS IN A FOXBAT)
