Despite the supposed global warming, the ACT and surrounds have experienced their coldest winter in about 50 years. Frequently the overnight temperatures have been down to minus 8 degrees Celsius. Brrrr. For once - the change in weather is not related to global warming. Simply a manifestation of new politics locally, the sky fairy has made good on his promise- if his mate is not returned to the top job within 12 mths of the election................
