The first issue of this privately published magazine appeared in 1986, and it appears to have remained available for at least a few years. kasper Posted November 13, 2020 Share Posted November 13, 2020 Afraid the editor/publisher died. The magazine continued for I seem to recall 2 years after his death and then ceased.
