Yenn Posted January 18, 2008 Share Posted January 18, 2008 I have not done it but I assume that you need to own or have access to a block of land. Get it approved by the local council for the use. That will involve providing plans and probably an environmental impact statement, getting the change of use advertised and objections heard.
