Unfortunately Shaun is no longer with us. Stalled the Cub in a low level turn. Very sad. He was obviously a very talented pilot and photographer.

I have always told my wife that my ultimate holiday would be to go to Alaska and hire a Super Cub and go exploring. I have about 50 Super Cub hours in the book and another 10 in an Aviat Husky. Anyone who has flown these planes has a soft spot for them.

You see, this is why I don't check in to this forum too often. I'm just getting contented with how my life is going and then someone comes along and posts a link like this! Now I can't get Alaska out of my head ;)
