Guest PeterMJ
I plan to fly from Redcliffe to Bathurst in a few weeks and still trying to work out the best route (I am waiting to update airnav software as my current software only covers nsw-vic, and have ordered vtc etc for Brisbane). I was thinking of flying the inland route as I will be flying in a new plane and hope to keep distraction levels (more with the coastal route?) to a minimum. The plane has about 5 hours endurance. Any advice on - best route out of brisbane - reasonable rest - fuel stops between Goondawindi and Mudgee - any other factors I should be aware of would be much appreciated.
