Guest Pop-top
WOW! that is amazing...I was actually thinking. He should have worn pants! his legs are going to freeze hanging out like that... Then he just pulls them up in there...so nifty! I'd be a litte scared of falling out is there something you close behind you? or sit on?
BLA82
The aircraft is a swift glider, a full composite hangglider(sort off). Yes there is a seat to sit on. I reckon they are great.
Guest Maj Millard
I had the pleasure of knowing and flying with the boys who designed, and built the Swift, when flying ULs in N California in the 80s-90s. Frankly it was a bit like knowing the Wright Bros. They were so into, and so focused on "THE wing-any wing" almost as though there really wasn't much else required, to actually fly. And the Swift goes pretty close to proving, they wern't that far off the mark. PS: there are other links that show much more Swift flying, check them out, they are as equally amazing.
