Guest ozzie Posted February 16, 2009 Share Posted February 16, 2009 when you plan an aviation event after weeks of great weather of course it will crap out. 250mm rain in 24hrs results in no aviating. the bbq ran hot and the beer flowed and the older they were the greater the stories. eventually the water rose to a level that surounded the hanger thanks to the 4WD we never ran out o beer or snags once. Simonfunky, mate you guys down in Victoria have sure got the rough end of the stick so far this summer. Makes our 40 days and 40 nights of rain insignificant by comparison.
