hi everyone in Other Rec Aircraft Posted May 19, 2006 What gearbox does the Robin have? some had belt drive, some direct. The direct drive jobs didn't develop much thrust, the geared belt drive had good thrust, about 250lbs from memory. Should be able to put a Rotax gearbox on it if it's direct drive.
