  1. No one in this country is going to let me, because one of my planes flew into a Ferris wheel, which was not the aircraft or the pilots fault. When the CASA guy came to look at the LSA paperwork, the first thing he said was my plane hit the wheel. Also the RAA tech guy sent me an Email stating the fact, I designed it, I built it and I owned it, so I am being screwed.Paul Bennet, when talking to him about his crap fibreglass materials, he just said it wasn't my fault my plane hit a Ferris wheel and hung up on me.

What did it have to do with Paul Bennet fibreglass?

What was the end result for the aircraft crashing into the wheel?

  2. Hi Nev, it is a SB582. Total Time airframe - 716 hours. 582 Blue top engine TT is 230 hours. Its very tidy.PS- I will try and look after the landing gear.001_smile.gif.2cb759f06c4678ed4757932a99c02fa0.gif

So you got 70 hrs before engine overhaul?

  3. DAZZA

A C172 from a aeroclub in mid north NSW which is on the coast with a good amount of time remaning on the engine and fresh paint, sold for about $23 K. That is cheap. But it may turn into a expensive exercise once the SIDS inspection has been carried out. Just sayin, its not personal . Buyers beware.

That aircraft you talk about had no engine time left and on condition. I looked at it. That's all they are worth.

  4. I have a couple of aircraft that I'm looking at hiring out.

What I am thinking of doing? I will supply you with one of my aircraft. You can hire it for a month or more, depending on your needs. It will be like having your own plane as it will be at your disposal, whenever you need it. All you do is pay for the hire at an hourly dry rate.

The first one I'm looking at doing this with is a Cessna 150 aerobat.

I will supply the aircraft, with insurance, to you at a dry rate. The aircraft can be delivered for the cost of fuel, or you can pick the plane up. You keep the plane at your own airfield and fly it when you want. This is a great way to build your hour up or just go for a fly when you'd like.

    Let me know your thoughts

    Daniel
