Yep do away with the printed magazine and do an online magazine.

Not to follow how the magazine was, but a properly put together online magazine.

It is all going that way so do it now and get on with life.

was good to see these aircraft at Caboolture today.

I know someone else that has this same problem, we have tried to stop it but haven't been able to, will be interested to see the solution.

Multifocals all day long, I have been wearing them for years now and they are great.

The only time I did have a problem was when the optometrist didn't get the point on the glasses where it starts the transition down to the reading section.

They had it to high up. It drove me crazy for awhile. I went back and they made the adjustment and then no problem. That was back in the early days of multifocal lens.

I have the same prescription in my sunglasses as well. Just love how good it works for me.

Yes you can use your iPhone as a backup.

Yes there was a thriving Ultralight Club at Koralbyn. I was taken for a flight from there in a Drifter in about the early 90's.

The day I was there it was a very busy day with lots of activity going on.

I have been in touch with John Corby and it looks like I will be a  little on the large size for the Corby Starlet.

He puts the weight at 80kg, so I think I will have to look at something else.

I have about 100 hours in taildraggers, so I should be fine. Would be sure to be current with this when the time comes.

Another very good book to read about the Qantas WW11 is Peter FitzSimons Charles Kingsford Smith.

A long read 700 odd pages, but worth every bit of that. He has researched very well for this book.

He goes right back to the early days of aviation and covers all the greats from those early days.
