Congratulations on surviving that incident and also on your very humane treatment of the Eagle.

This, for me, was ab initio training.

I went back and soloed at 11 hours. A bit slow I suppose but I was ready at 8 hours and then had low cloud come in and at 9 hours an electrical lead lug broke off which set me back a bit.

I recently had a dream come true when I had my first 5 hours of RA flight training, I am going back in May to have further training and I am really looking forward to gaining a certificate and flying on a regular basis.
