    Superpup/Aeropup

Hi There, I have mounted my "m-cycle" brake levers in the middle of the instrument panel on the 16 mm cross over tubing running underneath by turning a drilling a 16 mm hole and then turn and split a 25 mm solid piece of aluminium, the end of the levers are facing each other - I am 6ft2 and have a long reach - no problems reaching the levers... cheers SWEDE
  5. Hmmm, anyone got suggestions for the brake setup when using the dual yoke option? Regards SWEDE

    Side panels

Hello all, I have lost the SM14 (I think?) sketch, need to re-fabricate the removable panel - anybody got a copy???? Regards SWEDE
  11. Thanks Ozzie, I bit the bullet and purchased the same motor JABIRU is using - cheers
  12. Hi Ozzie, One motor only is the intention - just for the reasons you posted, I am warped enough without assymetric flap conditions.... Any idea regarding required engine torque? - yes I know how long is a piece of string... the action can be reasonable slow - not yet looked into the available options, Peter did send a good link that I need to have a good look at, got a few things to sort out with the pup yet - only took delivery on Wednesday (picked it up from Victoria), still recovering from the 2300 km drive. Order Engine - fix up some scuffed paint work, fix windscreen and another 1000 things - one at a time...
  13. Thanks Peter - going to check this out, looks promising...
  14. Hello all, Anyone played with electric flaps? My pup got the flap fittings on top of the wings - hence my options is to "invert" the original manual system or mount electric motors to do the job - anyone with ideas to what to use?? and.... costs involved...... SWEDE:confused:
  15. Hi Brett, the "pup" is already built ("a factory built experimental"), yes the Jab 2.2 looks to be the easy way out - now with the dollar falling all imported engines won't be economical enough to consider, was looking very close at the Canadian 99 hp BMW conversions for awhile - but - all up not that much cheaper than the homegrown Jab...
