Deskpilot
Just checked, it works. Imagine 2 of those motors on any single seater you like. Magic.
facthunter
Multi-engined option. There ARE bigger ones about. Don't think I would go for more than single row 7 cyl in the smaller motors. Incidently a 'real' GeeBee, looks like a flying engine nacelle, with the tinyest wings on, and I believe they are a bit of a bu*ger to handle. winsor68
Wow... what a sound. There are a heap of clips featuring these engines. They sound so good!!!
Tomo
sounds That's a terrific noise coming out of that thing, awesome!
Deskpilot
The whine/whistle is from the 'flying wires' apparently, but sounds like a supercharger. Great. Facthunter, I don't think this is meant to be a copy of the barrel, just the same name.
facthunter
Gee Bee Think you're right. Not a bad trade name. Some of those engines are getting good enough for a 95.10 if we had a couple .. Have I got the designation right? Nev
Deskpilot
Yes Nev, 95.10 is correct. Build anything you like as long as it's a single seat that has a MTOW of 300kg or lower.
