It's amazing how often the media report: "Government officials believe the cause of the crash could be pilot error." within a short time of such an event.

There seems to be a huge amount of dash board camera videos coming out of Russia. It's almost a case of law to have one fitted in view of a potential accident.

 

I'm not saying that's a bad thing. Better and safer than trying to video with a cell phone.

Apparently the car cameras have something to with providing proof to insurance companies in the event of a claim as they have a large amount of insurance fraud.
