This regulation amends the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998 (the CASR) and the Civil Aviation Regulations 1988 (the CAR). New Parts 61, 64, 141 and 142, pertaining to flight crew licensing and training, http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F2013L00218/Download The current Flight Crew Licencing Procedures Manual refers to the current regs which expire in December.
