Old Koreelah
After wasting lots of time trying to get my PTT button to marry up reliably with my headset, I am wary of adding another set of plugs into my system. However, I am tiring of plugging in earbuds before putting on my headset- phone calls are hard to hear. Has anyone experience of installing an iPhone adapter? There is a big range advertised, some are "amplified"- is they any better that the simple, cheap ones? Can anyone recommend a good, reliable, inexpensive unit?
Peter008
I have the IQ bluetooth headset and have paired the iphone to an adaptor that plugs into this. First tried it last week and was a success. When playing music on the phone it did not mute when any radio calls came in so will have to look at the settings before next flight. Otherwise, a good accessory.
Old Koreelah
Muting the phone call (giving priority to radio calls) is essential. I should have added that I have a standard Dave Clarke headset, so no bluetooth.
Keenaviator
Lightspeed Zulu with Bluetooth works great.
Old Koreelah
Has anyone else mate up their Dave Clarke headset to an iPhone? (Just pushing me request to the top of the page again.)
