For those who don't know, it means you can't go to court with a view to getting a better result or being found "not guilty". You ARE guilty because they say you are. You WILL be fined the prescribed penalty units, or gaoled, no "if"s or "but"s. And good luck appealing to the Kangaroo Court, er, Administrative Appeals tribunal. Been there, had that done to me. Difference was I wasn't even told of my alleged transgressions. Five years of trying to get an investigation have yielded nothing. Silence. These laws just empower sociopaths and ar$holes. djpacro Posted August 19, 2015 Share Posted August 19, 2015 91.030: "This Part does not apply in relation to the operation of an aircraft if any provision of Part 101, 103 or 131 applies to the operation."
