spacesailor Posted October 12, 2015 Share Posted October 12, 2015 I was in the ACT there at Syserston Notts in 1958 , My parents were given a photo of me on the runway, (the boy in shorts), when the V bomber flew over, It seemed very slow for a big jet. planedriver Posted October 12, 2015 Share Posted October 12, 2015 I remember the feeling well as they flew past at low altitude and the Db meter goes off the clock.
