bushpilot
Thanks to Mike Ralph (and, indirectly, Doug) for causing, then enhancing this thread - by completing the 'story'. Many lessons for us all.. It was this article that caused me to think that I cannot do without an AH in the 3-axis a/c that I am planning to buy. This is surely the main advantage that flows from sharing real experiences and knowledge with others in the fraternity. Cheers, Chris
Guest Ken deVos
analogy ..... It was this article that caused me to think that I cannot do without an AH in the 3-axis a/c that I am planning to buy. Like you Chris, I also would like the extra sense of security an AH would give me. However, I'm reminded of the wisdom of experienced 4X4 folk who chuckle when they see a brand new winch fitted to a bull bar. A winch will only get an inexperienced offroader further into the bog and may make recovery impossible! Food for thought. Regards Ken.
