Removing flies from a cockpit in flight

Great stuff  - always wondered how to get rid of the little buggers .....

Reminds me of working in the lab many years ago when we'd use the lab vacuum hooked up to a 20 litre bottle and a hose with a long glass tube on the end to capture blowies.

A Real bush pilot would just eat them surely...010_chuffed.gif.c2575b31dcd1e7cce10574d86ccb2d9d.gif

Yeah, but the first problem is trying to catch them first...!!

For your own pleasure, ven-tury vacuums are great for cleaning out the dirt etc... in Tractors, ute's, trucks, and no doubt grubby aircraft! you just get a compressor in one end that blows the air the right way, and use the other end of the hose for sucking up the dirt, which then just goes straight back where it came from... (not much good if your in a concreted shed though) but yeah, it saves having to clean out and carry around a big vacuum cleaner all the time...
