Guest basscheffers Posted August 11, 2009 Share Posted August 11, 2009 Does anyone know of any field that you can reliably get some 100LL or PULP95+ somewhere between Horsham and Parafield? It is a distance I can make, but not if the wind is really against me! Last time I came from Warracknabeal, Parafield was out of reach, but tracking slightly XXXXher south (at 60kt on the ground!) to Aldinga was possible and I arrived having just started on reserves. Somewhere more halfway would be more comfortable but I can't find any good sources in ERSA or the AOPA guide, but they are often not very accurate... I am going to the Grampians soon, so the issue may well come up again. :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
