Hi mate, long time no hear. Hope you are keeping well. Are you still flying? Good to see that on May 9th 2020 you were last on the forums. Just wondered how you were going and life was treating you. My flying of late has only been drones and models, but the magnetic forces did get me to The Oaks a week ago. Would have liked to go up for a quick flight but all aircraft were booked by younger people. Rgds Alan

G'day BigPete, Was just thinking about our old mate Decca. and wondered whether you knew how his wife was coping. I rang his old home No. and someone simply said "he does'nt live here any more. Hope everything is well with you and yours. LittlePete must be growing up now, have'nt heard anything about him for a while. Just keep the J160 keys where you can see them. Ulralights and Flightygirl (Rob $ Rachael) took me and my sweetheart for a spin at The Oaks just over a week ago, and it mean't the world to us, because I have'nt flown in ages, but I have 2hrs dual waiting for me with Sydney Jabiru which I won on Downwind. Hi Rachel, Hope the Savvy is serving you well, and you have'nt worn it out yet. Have loved your posts and video clips which made me green with envy. Woo Hoo! I had the greatest email this afternoon, saying i'd won 2hrs training with Syd Jabiru Flying school, 12 mths subscription with Aviator and a set of X-air Screw tie-downs. Because of health probs I have'nt been able to afford to go for a fly for yonks, so i'm over the moon. If you could make use of the tie-downs, i'd be delighted to give them to you when I get them. Am I right in thinking Ultralights is connected with Syd Jab School? I see they operate 55-0940 which unless i'm mistaken, I might have done a TIF in at The Oaks quite a few years ago. Having spent 3nights in Bankstown Hospital last week, after putting a log splitter through the tip of my finger, Ouch! I might have to see if I can put the flying off for a couple of weeks.
