I should dig out my radio licence (marine) to check the forms,
Big Brother not only wanted ALL crew/ passenger info, but all criminal history ! of all person aboard my vessel, & to fax all documentation to Canberra.
I should still have the post office receipts for that lot,

I'm a bad boy, I didn't tell them (BB Canberra) I gave the boat away.

Also privacy as they (the government (Big Brother)) want all your and your companion's details, then have to change them the next outing with different people.
Perhaps I was given the wrong info when I tried to buy a 406,mhz epirb, was told NO sale without registration by shop assistant.

OR! the world's rotation is slowing enough to cook one side, and freeze the other.
The same as happened on Mars. Just my thoughts on the problem.

the price of petrol would make them a big profit on the blackmarket, (and not a drop on the turf) Lots of litres so how many cans would it take to carry it off ? ; 20

Gee I thought you would have jumped at the 250cc Empire Star BSA, the first of the Mark ! No., 607: I worked for a motor bike shop and was sent to buy them at the defence auction / sales.
The Vincent was one of maybe six in the heap I got, and I collected the full set of Indians for myself but didn't like the Harley,s
5 pound a pop including a BMW 600 with a sidecar that was a boat !, the English bikes were 10 pound or 20 a heap.
a Canadian super sabre fully fuelled & armed sold to me for the next boss, cost 50 pound. He made 300 pound net profit making aluminium ingots.

I know, just like a police state (((((((( shush "Big brother 1984" Will be listening. I couldn't get over how everyone gets on so well even with the language barrier, all sitting under the tree's showing us dim wits what the lines are for. and don't try aerobatics,
is said over & over, but look up and they're looping the loop, having a ball.

Hi Ozzie, same place different time and yes they still do the loops and brake their wires, then cop a fine. The take off point I had was under the video take off (large white concrete slab) all set out nicely for the tourist, (me)
The aerobatics are not tourist, three weeks for solo ticket, minimal bookwork, with two or three flights every day, if you cant land at the designated area you don't get the prize.
No flying in Aus. for awhile and save like mad to go back and do it again Yippee !.

"Pearl Harbour" Lots of true stories from there!. Like the female flight instructor who was shot at and survived by great flying & her pupil who ran off without paying. was later killed by a fellow ferry pilot.

Was told this by crew on a cruise boat who pointed to a round bridge support column and said "a worker fell in while pouring concrete & was left in there".
spacesailor
-
But if you take out the pilot & use radio-control to fly the plane (drone) you can then watch the shxx hit the fan!

Not the body in the "bridge pylon" over the Yarra river is it

In the late forties, An Australian bomber was lost flying to Wellington NZ.
It took decades before it was found, yet it was less than 5 mile from MY house ! and when bushwalking I found one engine & took photo,es to identify it.
The story was, long, low white cloud, the plane flew over the top of Wellington airport but no visual, good radio contact, so went around then around again, in ever increasing circles
until out of radio range, out of fuel, belly flopped into trees. Crew was still inside when found, by workers making fire trails in the area.Council bulldozed a big pit and pushed the wreak & bodies in.
the engine I found was knocked out of the wing by the trees.( I have a photo somewhere).

Yes, I've lumped all the formality's together including customs / immigration, Pages and Pages of forms.
As for Bill Belchers equipment, All specified by the race organisers.
I had a Canadian and a British couple aboard for a cruise to Fiji, a Kiwi dropped out as he'd been busted for smoking pot while driving, after I showed him the forms from customs.
