  1. maule M7, 6 seats and around 120 cruise, handles short and rough strips well! (not a kit or rec though)
  2. great pics! looks like you enjoyed the ride!
  3. Taildraggers have the effect of stopping you from becoming lazy or complacent, as you are aware that you are only as good as your last landing. Even if you dont regularly fly a td it improves your confidence and ability in nosewheel machines. At the end of the day having td experience adds another string to your bow and can open up more variety, fun and opportunities for different flying experiences.
  4. Xair is a nice machine, shame its not a taildragger though!
  5. yeah its on the left hand side of the highway (heading towards sydney)just before you get to the bottom of mt vic pass.

  8. Made the decision to go with a canon a few years back as it was still made in japan and the nikon I was considering wasnt. Not sure if this is still the case though? (believe nikon also had some probs with batteries.Think that was resolved though)

  17. Always liked the look of thrusters, people always say good things about them but there seem to be not that many getting around. Do they still make them?

  19. Yeah, I forgot all about the kings videos!
  20. how does flying a jab compare to say a c150?
  21. Only instructional aviation vid I can remember was for the r22 helicopters, dont recall ever seeing any GA fixed wing or ultralight ones. However just saw that there are alot on youtube but hard to say how relevant (or instructional they are) you would have to spend ages going through them I guess.
