The SCET has an inner liner covering the spiral wire...it can get sucked in at full throttle and can block off airflow. Jaba-who Posted September 4, 2014 Share Posted September 4, 2014 And you need to measure your connections because SCAT hose comes in different diameter sizes. The general terminology is to label it in 1/4 inch diameter increments. On Jabs the NACA duct and hot air mixer box connector sizes is (from memory) 2 1/4 inch diameter ie: 9 x 1/4 inch. geoffreywh Posted September 4, 2014 Share Posted September 4, 2014 Airquip used to sell it, now a wholesaler in Oakleigh (Melbourne) sells it. I paid $170 for a length of 2 1/4" that was 10ft I believe. I can look up the receipt if you like. I tried NZ hoses but they wanted $ 344 for 10ft......I'd try Skyshop first....
