Anyway I persevered, and after following your #9 and downloading , which was easy with my super fast ADSB giving me 10 Mbps download ,up comes a prompt ..." open in IBooks " which I duly touched and Lo and behold , it is in there , permanently to read even offline, seems there are several ways of skinning the cat ...... Bob ( computer geek ) G`Day Bob, Glad to have helped.... There are numerous web browsers, and operating systems, all functioning in their own way... It`s impossible to go into exact detail.
