For the guys riding, driving. You take the Biddaddaba road which runs off the Mundooland Canungra Connection road. Then on top a crest, there is a turn off call The four mile lane, travel along that to lot 15. Then follow the dirt road to the hangars.

I nearly got cleaned up at the four mile lane intersection a few years ago on my bike. Becareful.

Top Flyin, certainly one of the best we have been to, just landed back at at Caboolture , 11.30.

Very well run and organised, at last count there were 27 aircraft attended with more coming in when we left.

A lot of people were arriving by car which expanded the numbers considerably.

There was a large range of aircraft types and a lot of catching up for everyone, it was great to meet up especially with old hang glider mates.

Again very well done and thank you to all concerned, you have set a great benchmark for your next Flyin.

Will see you there next time.

As usual the photos say it all.

Graham, thanks for the photos. I was really looking forward to attending but unfortunately we are all out of brave pills and the Charlie Bravos kept us at bay.

For those that were in attendance, how would you rate the condition of the strip and the airfield in general? Would you agree with the statement a few posts back about it being "an inexperienced pilot's nightmare"?

That was a very nice fly in. It was organised, nicely mowed strip, two wind socks and lots of white gable markers. Weather was really good, minimal wind.

There is a very nice entertainment area where we had a snack, and I hope they host a lot of BBQs there as I will fly in for them.

Was easy to find too and I didn't even use a GPS.

Well done and I hope you have many more!

Ryan
