We start them off young. tailored jumpsuit and mini rig for the young lady and a bit of father and son bonding. Young Sinmay off on his 5th tandem jump with his father. About time he started pulling his own handles.

 

Tomo, Major arrived Ok mid afternoon. Once again perfect weather.

thought i'd just share these with you. taken by my friend Mike Danks at Skydive Elderslie.if your car ever breaks down in the Singleton area Mike will get you going he's the NRMA dude.

Raining Sunset

 

Stunning sunset at the DZ as a the rainstorm starts. don't think the last load of the day was too impressed tho.

Pacific Flyer Magazine's Photo Competition Winner!

 

This month's winner is Ozzie with his 'Starry night' pic - hard to go past that one. Congratulations:clap:

Actually i just submitted it. The real winner is Mike Danks from Singleton in NSW. Mike is a member of the Newcastle Sport Parachute Club where the photos were taken.

The settings for thepiccies Ozzie took which won, would be something like this:

 

Nominal ISO/ASA.

 

Very small apature (that is a big number by the way)

 

Long shutter exposure - probably a few seconds.
