  1. If I may, Ian would be so pleased to see that his life has not been totally in vain. To know that we have reached all of you with our message is of great comfort. There are many treatments for prostate cancer now and more being developed with research. Please remember to also make sure YOU get the results of your tests, dont just assume the GP will get back to you if something is wrong. Please keep this conversation going, and beyond this forum would be even better! I thank you all warmly for your sympathy and support. Gay

  3. Mate, that's awesome. Thanks Bex Pud
  4. My copy arrived this afternoon and has already been read! A good read it was too. Thanks Tim. Pud
  5. I like it Franco:smile: I want a T-shirt with that printed on it. Might have to see how that can be done if these are not freely available elsewhere. Pud.
  6. And me! Signed by the author, and the hero of course:)
  7. Welcome to the forums. One of the forum members here, Farri, lives in Deeral. He's a great guy so it would be worth your while in looking him up. Cheers, Pud
  8. As usual Frank you are doing your bit for the ultralight scene, and more particularly the Drifter. You are very generous with your time and aircraft, and more power to you because of that. It's easy to see your most recent passengers enjoyed themselves greatly. Keep well mate. Pud
  9. I want the book first while Tim is producing the movie. Pud
  10. Good stuff Tim. I'm waiting for the finished product to be available, like a lot of others, I suspect. Pud
  11. Hehehe, I can see that in my "Minds eye" flyerme. And it would be a funny sight seeing you flapping about in the breeze. The things we do, at the spur of the moment, to protect the things we hold dear. Cheers, Pud
  12. Great to catch up with you Tim. 2 hours well spent in seeing what you have done at your place, and inspecting your 2 aircraft as well. Thanks for your generosity in sparing some time with Gay and me from WA. All the best Tim, and don't forget, if you are ever in WA I need to know about it. Cheers, Pud
  13. Heading south from Sherlock, around the Great Ocean Road to Melbourne, then make our way back to Western Australia. Gotta be home around 15th December.
  14. flyerme, Me and my good wife will be in your area, caravanning through Sherlock in the next couple of days, and were thinking to drop in and say g'day. If you are amenable to this idea then please let me know. I remember your account of building your runway a few years ago and would like to see how you got on with it all. Cheers, Pud
