  1. Whats with all this battery charging, if battery wont hold charge between flights, replace it.

Because if you don’t use the a/c on a regular basis your battery will slowly loose its charge, hence my example, only using the a/c a few times a year the trickle charger means I won’t be faced with a flat battery when I want to go flying.080_plane.gif.a1e5e0a413d43d363c1bc5b3a612d6df.gif

  2. My fear is that CASA can see 300+ a/c & 10,000 Pilots on the horizon just waiting to get theirs hands on us for our own safety & become our administrator, the “Yes Minister” blunts (term of endearment used in the RAAF to describe anyone that’s not a pilot) must see us as a cash cow for more government funding, I hope I’m wrong.068_angry.gif.ec0c43e891de0aed3bb8874aa3c876ea.gif

  3. The next question that needs answers is once our rocket motors need servicing ( usually 6 years) is there a B1 qualified L2/L4 or LAME around to do it or will they just disarm & freight it to Europe?

  4. Having spent many years in a previous life sitting on a bang seat getting a Magnum recovery system when we purchased our Foxbat was a simple decision, it’s a nice last ditch option, anyway once the noise stops the insurance company owns the a/c.080_plane.gif.a1e5e0a413d43d363c1bc5b3a612d6df.gif Fly safe.

  5. Unfortunately we are in a race to the bottom, professionalism, character & class are traits lost to history, just YouTube some of the media stories from the 1960’s-70’s, the anchors & reporters were very well spoken & they actually reasearched thier stories without Facebook or google & none of that sensationalism we now see. For me the cream of the crop was the ABC’s James Dibble, absolute LEDGEND.

  6. It’s all going to be a personal choice, I’ve held a military equivalent to the class one ( A1G1Z1) & civilian class one for over 35 years, my current medical has been with a foreign authority for the last 20 years, I’m going to give the class two & CASA a very wide birth & will stick to the current self diagnose medical we have with RAAus. As I said it’s all going to come down to what suits the individual pilot, I suppose I’ll just have to remain OCTA. 080_plane.gif.36548049f8f1bc4c332462aa4f981ffb.gif
