Very sad news indeed, the lounge was a great place. Last year I flew V1 in the YWOL Piper SportCruiser and had lunch with the CFI in the lounge, it was a very enjoyable day.

Cheers Dazza. Grass it is then, I used the strip a few years ago and grass was the go. I hope they have a new windsock by now, it had blown off the pole...... We are just stopping there for leg stretch (YCAB navex) and a cuppa if the store is open. Fingers crossed for good flying weather.
