The choke only works when the throttle is completly closed  no choke no start

The black wire going to the coil is grounded to stop the engine they must be kept seperate ie double pole switch

If the points gap is set correctly the timeing should be right 

Brides and helicopters are a bad combination

A friend had a Thruster t500 with a BMW 800? and Rotax C gearbox. Good performance and smooth.

The gearbox may smooth things with the counter rotating masses

Rotax gearboxes are light and reliable

Ozrunways or Avplan work so well in this situation I reckon they should be mandatory

I have ozrunways on a Samsung tablet. .....Unfortunately ozrunways on the ipad is a thousand times better
