hi david, their is a bit to that, it was modified, with the heavier springfitted to stop flutter, which caused the trim cable to break. The factory is involved, steve Bell is involved, the importer is involved . I feel myself im going backwards at the moment.As you know im not comfortable flying her yet.I cant wait for her to be fixed, so i can concentrate on flying her.Get up to speed with her.

Hi mate, i had a good flight as well.Sorry there wasnt much fuel in her, it was empty when i got her, i put 40 litres in her.i was going to fuel her up for you, but the other guys kept using the fuel cart, to fill the echo and golf. The cyb is u/s at the moment, snapped trim cable.I will be flying her after the electric trim gets fitted.Cheers

Hi mate, i have one more hour to fly with greg on saturday coming to finish off, getting re-checked out on tail wheel. If their isnt a cross wind on saturday i will have to do that part at a later date.

Hi mate, the trim broke when Paul (the owner flew it).There is a story behind it.The original spring, to tension the trim was to weak, the LAME was worried about flutter.He installed a heavier spring, witch caused the trim cable to break, a new electric trim is on order.Cheers mate

I have been great mate. Working 10 hour days most days, a little tired.It hard to get a plane since its down to one aircraft ATM. Im going to have a little break. Two more weeks. I think its more important for the students the keep flying regulary.How have you been buddy.?

I searched CASA registration, the C 172's are ex Australian wings Academy A/c.They are probably stuffed

I will be their on saturday morning as well, things are still up in the air a little.Especialy with the boss, ha, ha.Kooralbyn is pretty much the same driving time as boonah.I would like to still see about murwillumbah.Cheers
