slartibartfast Posted April 27, 2011 Share Posted April 27, 2011 The Morgan Cheetah and Sierra can be modified during build to fit anyone. Tons of room available. As usual with aviation there is a trade-off. Wider and higher means more drag and therefore slower cruise. I'm 6'1" and have heaps of room. There's still 12 inches in front of my feet before the storage divider. I raised the turtle deck a bit, and scooped the seat to the bottom of the cockpit. farri Posted April 28, 2011 Share Posted April 28, 2011 I once had a guy turn up, who was in love with Ultralight aircraft and wanting to learn to fly in the Drifter. He was a retired federal policeman, 2 metres tall and 145 kg. There was just no way I could instruct him in the Drifter. He went away a very dissapointed man. Second line was for bruceinOz with his 1981.2mm height...Drifters do not have a pilot height limit, just more bug exposure! Never been to 10000 in a Drifter; only 8500.
