shags_j
Hi All, Just doing something at work at the moment. If you were to purchase the lease on a hangar (Say it cost $50k or something). Are there any ongoing costs payable to AAC on top of the purchase price? Wouldn't there be body corp or some kind of regular fee to AAC or something (not counting landing fees)? Cheers, Shags

Cheers, Shags Annual Ground Rent is payable to AAC based on the area (m2) and is at a rate equivalent to adjacent industrial property rents in the area. flyhi

Kyle Communications
There is one for sale at caboolture it's only $100,000 hahaha not bad for a old shed on ground you don't own and around 1000 per year lease fee...... It's more cost effective to rent space unless you have a tax problem and need some write offs
