frank marriott Posted September 26, 2012 Share Posted September 26, 2012 As a CERT airport (not private) can this happen without a NOTAM? I have been there several times and only referred to NOTAMS. I accept Thomos post and thank him for it but I have reservations about closing a CERT airport without a NOTAM It has no effect on me for the time referred to but without the PDF from a member of this Forum how are you supposed to know. I think there has been an oversite by some uninformed organisators of the planned event? I would have thought that it could not be done without a NOTAM. But I will leave that to the legal types on this forum. I was under the belief that ERSA and NOTAMS was all that was needed ??????
