    In a 160........impossible to get out as is. In a 230 etc....no probs. Kaz / Kununurra......the big trip is on hold, waiting for a ph call telling me all's now ok to bolt a camit into my 160C. Was hoping the " legals" would have been finalised by now. 500+ hrs on my orig jab engine, no probs.....but this WA trip on this engine is making me twitchy, ( wife onboard makes it more concerning for me ) It's all serious tiger country enroute, and the chance of the noise going quiet, has been knawing away at me.......and that really gives me the shytes.

    For goodness sakes...all you guys are interacting with a guy, that gets his rocks off by telling the world he's got some whiz bang ...whatever...then the saga rolls along. As always.....bit by bit, the excuses start emerging, and once again it shrivels up.......Gawn.     Just replaced my 8yr old battery, the next time I meet up with Rod S, I'll rip his family jewells out.......had to cut chunks off the fibreglass holder to manipulate the mongrel battery out.....Grrrrrrrr

    Booked/planned.....now waiting for my radio to be returned ( broke ) NQ coastal Cooktown, up around into princess Charlotte bay, inland to musgrave stn , over night, then 3 days Weipa, coastal to horn island, 4 days fishing/ relaxing/ island hopping etc, coastal south cairns/home. Forgot........in me trusty jab. ( the BIG trip next mth ) Was going to upload a screen shot ( route) ozrunway....site won't allow anymore ??? ( strange.....was ok before )

    Yea.....did that......options were there, tapped on user waypoints ( too export ) then she stalled

    2nd brain fart.....ozrun setup a " master" ......we pilots load " our " waypoints into it, with comments etc, .....then any ozrun pilot can access the info, and cherry pick the waypoints there, into his/her own ipad

    Pete......the "waypoints" are not attached to any plans, they are " listed" and red X's all over maps

    Brain fart.........how about oz runway setup "my account" that "I" can store my information there, and retrieve it when required. ( ie....another devise )

    Loosing the waypoints, attempting to migrate, is not an option. If.....a 100% safe migrate is possible.......I'm in.

    have been running ipad mini for some yrs now, mount it to a "Ram" mount, excellent. Recently purchased another mini ( mini 4 ) .......couple of big trips coming up.....anyway mini 4, is 3...4mm longer and snapping it into the old mount is applying stress to the mount. ( info for you guys ) when the "updates" come along, ie 9.3 etc...........i don't update for mths later, if at all. Too many incidences in the past with folks having issues.

    great little donks, ...but......don't ask too much more from them. Do......head jobs ( polish inlets etc ) ..install slightly more agressive camshaft, if......you can source a turbo set of crankcases / crankshaft.......great. Rotax "C" box 2.62 with 72" warpdrive good combo. The "brumby" engine was the more sought, slight differences...better.

    Many many moons ago, wife and I were camped remote river "NT" , late in the arvo another traveller pulled up, as it was dusk, I suggested make camp at our spot, chap was grateful. About 30 mins later I realised who he was....... Spike Milligan, he stayed with us for 3 nights, fished,drank,ate.....p!ssed me pants at times, great guy.
