NZ MVP appears to be happily flying in New Zealand and VH DDS is supposed to be from Schofield Flying School I wonder which one it was.

Yes will be ok for a plastic fantastic but a all aluminium and steel cage is a whole different matter
That external antenna mod is looking better and better
I have to say the CASA rego office to get your hex number is on the ball....I got mine literally in 2 hours from the first email to them
I also received my codes in less than 2 business hours. Well done to the aircraft registrar at CASA.
Maybe I don't need this device but anything to improve my safety is a worthwhile investment to me.

Sad news of one of our community. RIP

I am not normally a supporter of Premier Dan but given the continuing spread of Covid in Victoria what do you suggest would be a better approach? Many citizens are too complacent with contributing to overcoming the situation and so it continued to fester.
Better to strike a strong enforcement for six weeks than pussyfoot around for many months. I want to firstly survive the pandemic and importantly to me go flying. Under level three lockdown I could not get to my aircraft so getting serious with the situation to get a result is my choice.

As there are reportedly 5,000+ members of AAPS, versus 500,000 specialist physicians in the USA, they are not reflecting the true medical community. Sounds very self serving to me rather than concerned with the truth and the community.

Thanks Aro, I found it within cloth masks. As I was not looking at cloth masks as a retail source I did not read this section. I doubt that many domestic mask makers would incorporate a valve.
-
They do specifically say make sure your mask does not have a valve.
I haven’t seen this on the Vic Health web page.
-
However some masks have an exhaling valve which allows the wearer to breathe out their germs to anyone nearby. These have not been listed as unsuitable by the authorities.

Correct , south to the cutting at the Hume Hwy, along the range north then approach Wang YWGT from the north landing on the grass of course. True flying that started my liking for tail draggers.

Grease on the tow ball might as well be lapping paste.

I recall going for a tiger moth flight in that same area in about 1981. I think the pilot's name was Di Simpson?? Anyone recall?
We went for a Tiger ride some time in the eighties. The female pilot I don’t recall her name, was subbing on for her partner who had health issues. Good fun it was too.

Am I being cynical in thinking that this is a good way to remove the burden of senior welfare worldwide, Also it could be creating jobs to replace older workers. I am in my seventies and feel challenged not only by the attitude of the 20/30 year olds but by many governments around the world.

If it's the type I used, it's prudent to completely remove the key, rather than simply leave it in the off position.
I installed one on my Guzzi because it had a current leak I couldn't track down. I thought I'd be smart by having the red plastic key turned about 90 degrees by a lever concealed under the side cover. Several times it drained the battery, even though turned off.
Turns out that, even in the off position, it only takes a slight pressure on the plastic key to make a connection.
Yes, I do as a part of shut down.
-
I run a battery isolator mounted under the panel. 1/4 turn to disconnect. It serves to stop any possible battery leakage as well when hangared.

Typo in #4 above, should read Joyce not Jones. It may be only part of his income but big donation in my opinion.
His package is not much different to many on excessive bundles.
-
He has, about $3.3million. Easy to search. I am not an apologist for Mr A Jones.

The registration now appears to be allocated to a Cirrus

The Jabiru site only shows the current J series aircraft from my looking.

I was driving a school bus down from Falls Creek Vic when a great tearing sound filled my ears. I thought it was an 18 wheeler locked up about to wipe us out With a flash, the F111 went up the valley at our eye level. Frightening but great to experience.

Maybe you should speak to Boeing.
