That would be about1/3rdof the total? Not particularly rare in Australia now. That's not a bad thing. but you have to be Captain Marvel these days to fly one when they were just a basic trainer, and you usually soloed in about 8 hours. You didn't have to worry about radio, and you had mostly all over fields, so that reduced the X wind worries. Nev

I saw 4 Moths in formation flying over my place at about 1500' on Wednesday, headed in the direction of the start point. Now I know why.

 

I do like Moths.

They have been arriving in dribs and drabs all week. Some flying around in formation, possibly a few endorsements for the flight over the harbor.

 

Always nice to see them flying around the area.
