davebutler Posted December 1, 2011 Share Posted December 1, 2011 Hi Guys, I would like to take a friend & customer of mine for flip with a possible stop for a quick lunch instead of the usual Christmas lunch. Was thinking about 2 not more than hours total flying, will be operating out of Archerfield. It will also be a week day. Was thinking about Toowoomba, Caboolture, Redcliffe as possible stop overs but I cannot recall ever seeing anywhere to eat. Bandit12 Posted December 2, 2011 Share Posted December 2, 2011 From memory there were a couple of pubs that served reasonable food within a short taxi of Toowoomba airport.....just make the calls and book early if you want to get in anywhere for lunch on Chrismas Day.
