Yes, they were, but the Nurse Karen Casey was badly injured and #atsb, #casa, Truss and the Department [#mrdak] all have avoided her questions as an "...unknowing #aviation participant....". Karen has had her damages judgement appealed in the NSW Supreme Court to be heard next week. Maybe, CP, we should be working towards no fault #aviation insurance as it took eight years in the Lockhart River loss of 15 lives for the insurance payout.
